SYNOPSIS

Set in the 1970s, after getting fired from her nightclub singing gig, a black woman finds a part-time job working at a local family owned diner to survive an abusive relationship. Three waitresses shares stories and friendship as they grapple with the changes in their lives and workplace that is up for shut down.
